A dictionary of words that sound dirty but aren't

Remember, these are perfectly legitmate, clean words and sentences. If you are hearing something dirty here, it's all in your dirty mind. If you are offended by your own dirty mind, then I'm afraid you have some major issues.

Uranus- The 7th planet from the Sun. Actually pronounced "Ur-ann-us", but who cares?

"Uranus produces some of the most powerful winds in the solar system," said the astronomy teacher.

Have fun with using multiple words in one sentence:

"Hitler was notorious for gesticluating in front of large audiences until he reached the apex of his harangue."

"His harangue was already too long, but he exacerbated it when he began to gesticulate."

This is a true story:

The 1950 U.S. Senate race in Florida: George Smathers criticized his opponent, Claude Pepper, saying Pepper's sister was a "thespian." Not only that, Pepper's brother was "a practicing Homo sapiens." Smathers also charged that Pepper himself had gone to college and openly "matriculated."

Smathers won the election.
